Tiny Axehead pendant



Made on the basis of a broad-bladed iron axehead with open section forming a cross at the centre. Dated for late 10th century. Stenstugu, Hejde, Gotland, Sweden.
A similar axehead was found in Längbro, Närke in Sweden.

The pendant is hanged on black leather cord with knots regulating the length of the necklace
