The Oseberg - Sterling silver Viking Ship Drakkar pendant

Fashioned as a prow of a Viking ship, the Oseberg is directly inspired by the famous Oseberg ship burial.

With intricately designed details and carefully studied proportions, we wanted to give this pendant a unique and refined look. Understated, yet immediately recognizable as the iconic Viking ship prow.

The Oseberg ship burial is one of the most famous and rich ship burials discovered to date. Featuring two presumably very high status females, the burial contains extraordinary quantities of highly refined and intricately decorated artifacts.

Besides being a means of transport, the Ships in the Viking age symbolised much more than simply getting from A to B. Symbols of power, vessels of ambition and of myth.
